As a Renewal Specialist you will be responsible for renewing and growing Westcon’s footprint in the marketplace of Services and Recurring Offers.
Wat ga jij doen
You will act as a brand ambassador, and help our partners keep track of Recurring Offers. Your job is to be their trusted advisor, consult and sell renewals of specific Recurring Offers, including multi-year and coterminous service renewals. You will also be working with interpretation of install base reports and presenting renewal offers to our partners.
- Proactively approach the customers in order to identify cross selling, upselling, tech refresh opportunities within Westcon’s Recurring Offers Portfolio
- Maintain and grow the renewal business with existing accounts.
- Identify and establish new customer accounts.
- Support external sales in managing the renewal business.
- Generate and provide customer quotes .
- Follow up on customer quotes where required.
- Consult with customers in selling and supporting Westcon’s Recurring Offers.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within Westcon’s Recurring Offers portfolio.
- Gain general understanding of the customers’ business and strategic plans.
- Coordinate with training, marketing, business development, and product management to effectively support the customers’ Recurring Offers business
